She is survived by: her parent Rosalie Jackowski (Stroka); her husband Gerald L. Bentley; and her children, Gary E. Jordan (Glynis) of Peters Township and Cheryl M. Thomas of Butler. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
