She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Budai and Elizabeth Budai Simons (Vargo); her husband Theodore S. Kaczkowski; her son Eric Kaczkowski; and her grandson Eric D. Kaczkowski.

She is survived by: her son Thaddeus W. Kaczkowski (Cheryll) of Elizabeth Twp; and her grandson Stephen Kaczkowski (Sadie) of Wexford.
