We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2024, at the age of 93, Dorothy C. Howell of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Carpenter and Violet Carpenter (George); her husband Herbert Kees "Herb" Howell; and her daughter Barbara Sturni. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Lynn McCarty (Jay) of Monongahela, Marilou K. Scerrato (Robert) and Norma Jean Burd (Brad) of Elizabeth Township; her grandchildren, Donald McGowan, Jr. (Sharon), Jason Saputo, Kristy Saputo, Amanda Morris (Brandon), Shane Williams (Elise), Louis and Kimberly Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Sean, Makayla Saputo, Serena, Olivia, Bodi McGowan, Cecilia, Margaret Wilson, Alice, Teddy, Benny Williams and Nico Morris. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
