He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Elroy and Evelyn Pearl Smith; his son Donald Ray Smith, Jr.; and his brother Glenn Smith. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette "Toni" Smith; his sons, Bill Smith of Elizabeth and Scott Smith (Helen) of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Casey (Greg), Randi (Ryan), Kirsten, Ashley, Addison, Ryan, Lea, Kenzi, Alex (George) and Julianne; and his siblings, Cheryl Hayden (Curt) and Robert Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
