She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Frantz, Sr. and Margaret Frantz (James); her husband Duane A. Black; her daughter Carol Strotman; her brother Edward J. Frantz, Jr.; and her grandson Justin J. Augustine.

She is survived by: her daughters, Susan L. Black of Elizabeth Township, Cheryl A. Temsick of Penn Township and Chris R. Augustine of West Newton; her son-in-law Curtis T. Strotman of Bunola; her grandchildren, Paul Yarosack, Maribeth Smith (Jamie), Jennifer Sanner, Ashley Temsick (Jonathon), Julie Temsick, Roxanne Temsick (Dylan), Cassandra Strotman, Samuel Strotman and Elizabeth Temsick; and her great grandchildren, Sebring, Atreden, Yvenna Klingerman, Miley, Mason Vilsack, Jasmine, Andi Smith, Tyler, Joshua Sanner, William and Cameron Brissel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Park Baptist Church at 749 Center Street, Versailles, PA 15132.

Always looking to be kind to others. We still have all the gifts she gave my kids. I’m sorry we never got to stop by to say high after we moved.
