He was predeceased by: his father Gordon McCulloch. He is survived by: his mother Margaret McCulloch (Foster) of Pascoe, WA.; his wife Teresa McCulloch (Lewis); his children, David McCulloch of Florida, John McCulloch of North Huntingdon, Gordon McCulloch of Donora, Evan Wallace of Bunola, Heather Blose of Irwin, Lauren Felter of North Huntingdon and Jessica Wallace Reed of Elizabeth Township; and his siblings, Heather Ortiz, Clare McCulloch of Pascoe, WA and Deane Woy of Buena Vista.
