He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Douglass and Anna Louise Douglass (Pascoe). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Jory; his children, Michael Jory of Elizabeth Twp, Daria Beardsley (Chris) of Pitcairn and Barbara Sari (Jason) of Elizabeth Twp; his grandchildren, Jacob, Caitlyn, Madi, Michael and Eli; his sister Phyllis Klein (Cliff) of Florida; his father-in-law Arthur Zebroski of Finleyville; and his brother-in-law Arthur Zebroski (Beth) of Finleyville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Elizabeth Twp.
