She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Headings and Vivian Headings (Brinkman). She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Mark Jacko; her daughters, Lindsey Lynch (Colin) and Alyssa Jacko; her grandson Layton Jeffrey Lynch; and her siblings-in-law, Andrew Jacko (Lisa) of Delmont and Julie Diana (Robert) of McKeesport. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
