He is survived by: his wife Nancy Homa (Piontka); his children, Daniel Victor Homa of Monroeville and Tanya Polinsky (Daniel) of New Stanton; his grandchildren, Alicia Lyons (Sean), Daniel Robert Homa, Joshua Homa (Bethany), Steven Homa, Matthew Polinsky (Leah), Alexandra Polinsky (Phillip), Samuel Polinsky (Rachel) and Sydni Polinsky (Dylan); and his great grandchildren, Loudan, Elle, Lonnie, Cash, Lennyn and Lola.
