Gephart III, Matthew Gephart (Desiree), Brad Gephart (Emily Carlson), Natalie Gephart (Scott Bonivich), Cheryl Eckert, Amber Eckert (Jesse Hooke), Catie Gess and Austin Gess; his great grandchildren, Brielle Gephart and Blake Gephart; his siblings, Minnie Cunning of Lincoln Borough, Patsy Stewart of Irwin, Marion Pirtle of San Diego, CA, Hazel Trumpe (Moe) of Forward Twp, Twylia Richardson (Dale) of Forward Twp, Donna Butkin (Nick) of Elizabeth Twp and Louis W. Gephart (Sandy) of Elizabeth Twp; and his sister-in-law Clara Barger (Robert) of Greenock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
