He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Anna Mary Fine (Cochenour); and his son Clarence Fine. He is survived by: his wife Velma Fine (Lenhart); his children, Crystal Loera (Dan) of Oregon, Richard Fine (Darlene) of Elizabeth Twp, Edward Fine of New Eagle and Mickey Fine of Carroll Twp; and his sister Sarah Campbell of Texas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
