It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christopher Lacey of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, born in Upper Saint Clair, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 6, 2020, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Andrew "Lucky", Minnie Lakovic, Clyde and Wilma Lacey. He is survived by: his parents, William C. Lacey (Nancy) of Elizabeth Twp and Marlene A. Lacey (Lakovic) of Elizabeth; his son Bryan Caulkett of Herminie; and his sister Nancy Ann Lacey of McClellandtown. He is also survived by aunt and cousins.
In order to comply with Covid-19 restrictions, attendance will be limited to 25 people at any given time inside the funeral home. Guests are required to wear masks and follow CDC social distancing guidelines.
