He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mackulin and Alice Phillips (Metzler). He is survived by: his sisters, Ruthann Mackulin of Elizabeth and Anna Marie Harkins (Randy) of Hunker; his nieces, Shaina (Jeff), Cassie (Jason) and Jenna (Richard); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Melody, Cali, Blaze and Ryker; and his close friends, Dineen Billick and Phil Genaro. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
