He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew and Mary Kinner (Varga) of West Mifflin; his sons, Charles D., Ronald D. and John; his siblings, John R. Kinner, Bernard C. Kinner and Mary Ann Kinner McVay; and his grandson Ronald Kinner.
He is survived by: his significant other Dorothy A. Kinner (Vovolka); his daughters-in-law, Cheryl A. Kinner (Powell) of Buena Vista and Vicki (Gantt) of Buena Vista; his grandchildren, Brian Kinner of Buena Vista, Steven Kinner (Kayla) of West Newton and Alisha Lacey (Nick) of Glassport; his great grandchildren, Karson David, Kameron David Kinner and Skylar Emma Lacey; his nieces, Kathleen Miskanic (Rob) of Trafford, Andrea Medich (Lance) of Bethel Park and Karen Schyberg (Brian) of Sacramento; and his nephew Michael McVay (Yvonne) of Glendale, Arizona. He is also survived by cousins, great nephews and great nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory (6028 Smithfield St, McKeesport, PA 15135). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Mount Vernon Cemetery (2300 Greenock Buena Vista Rd, McKeesport, PA 15135).
