She is survived by: her children, Terri Lynn Case of Fort Worth, TX and Brett Faychak of Elizabeth Township; her brothers, Ralph "Duke" Case (Lisa) of West Melbourne, FL and Douglas Case (Janet) of Palm Harbor, FL; her grandchildren, Justin Fields, Chaise Faychak and Marcelina Altieri; and her godchildren, Mario, Kyle (Denver) and Abigail Altieri. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
