She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew "Sonny" Michak Jr.; and her parents, Albert Leckenby and Margaret Leckenby. She is survived by: her sons, Rick (Anna) and Randy Michak (Gina); and her brother Howard Leckenby (Mary). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edward P. Kanai Funeral Home (500 Greenfield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15207). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
