He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Lewis and Hannah Lewis (Lewis); his wife Katherine Lewis (Zofchak); and his siblings, Leona Kessler, William, Orville, Daniel Lewis and David Alderson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Neff (Mark) of Elizabeth and Sandra Geiss of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Jonathan Neff (Rachel) of Forward Twp, Katherine Jamison (Scott) of Elizabeth, Craig Geiss (Lauren) of Bloomington, IN and Steven Geiss (Emily) of Columbia, MO; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Neff, Anna, Chillian, Kieran and Cormac Jamison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
