She was predeceased by: her father Charles F. Taylor; and her son Charlie K. Dale. She is survived by: her daughter Cathi Mayernik (Marty) of Lincoln Borough; her grandchildren, Jonathan Mayernik, Carissa Mayernik, Casey Jo Dale and Matt Medved; and her great grandchildren, Nathan Dale, Mady and Landen Medved. She is also survived by special friends; also, nieces and nephews.
