It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Audrey Mae Waterloo of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Betler Sr. and Carolyn Betler (Camp); her daughter Carol Lynn Frazier (Robert) of Elizabeth Twp; and her siblings, Reta Brown of Ormond Beach, FL, Donna Berkheimer of Indianapolis, IN and Russell Betler Jr. (Amy) of North Huntingdon. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In order to comply with Covid-19 restrictions, attendance will be limited to 40 people at any given time inside the funeral home. Guests are required to wear masks and follow CDC social distancing guidelines.
