She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bertie and Rose Bertie (Plaster); and her sons, David Perhach, Charles Slate Jr. and Duane Perhach.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Perhach (Edna) of Elizabeth, Ron Perhach (Tammy) of Forward Twp, Mike Slate of Forward Twp and Edward Slate (Glori) of Monroeville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; also, nieces and nephews.
In order to comply with Covid-19 restrictions, guests are required to wear masks and follow CDC social distancing guidelines.
She retired as a driver for the National Steelworkers Oldtimers Foundation in McKeesport.
