She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Emily) of Roanoke, VA and Brenda Abel (Douglas) of Monroeville; her grandson Jay Hamilton (Caitlin) of Lynchburg, VA; and her children, Scott Hamilton (Allyson) of Cartersville, GA, Alex Hamilton (Shannon) of Lynchburg, VA, Lauren Fitzgerald (Scott) of Roanoke, VA, Caleb Hamilton (Meagan) of Columbia, SC and Ryan Abel (Mary) of North Huntington. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
