She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Brant and Elizabeth Brant (D'Happart); her brother Dalton Brant; and her husband Robert. She is survived by: her children, Kevin (Emily) of Roanoke, VA and Brenda Abel (Douglas) of Monroeville; her grandson Jay Hamilton (Caitlin) of Lynchburg, VA; and her children, Scott Hamilton (Allyson) of Cartersville, GA, Alex Hamilton (Shannon) of Lynchburg, VA, Lauren Fitzgerald (Scott) of Roanoke, VA, Caleb Hamilton (Meagan) of Columbia, SC and Ryan Abel (Mary) of North Huntington. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Evangelical Free Church (4001 University Dr, White Oak, PA 15132).
