He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Silvis and Mary Silvis (Acre); his grandson Vincent E. Silvis; his son Brent V. Silvis; his daughter-in-law Deb Silvis; his niece Julie Penard; and his cousin Christy Milliron.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine G. Austin; his daughter Samantha Budinger (Gary) of Eldred; his grandchildren, Logan, Kaden Silvis, Jacob Neubert and Sandra Stuck; and his siblings, Robert Silvis (Cora) of Punta Gorda, FL., Bonnie Owens of Bradford and Betty Johnson (Robert) of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Coryville Church of Faith or a charity of the donor's choice.
