He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward On and Josephine Hafer Wheeler Sr. On; his wife Mary Racioppo; his children, E. Russell Wheeler of Eldred and Katherine Wheeler of Bradford; and his siblings, Paul Wheeler (Maureen) of Plum and Cathy Wheeler of Penn Hills.
