It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna R (Barr) Windsor (Eldred, Pennsylvania), born in Bradford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 1, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Barr and Bertha Barr; her husband Robert D Windsor Sr.; her granddaughters, Rae-Anne Windsor and Elizabeth Tennies; and her brother Charles Barr.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Windsor Jr. (Tina) of Eldred, Edward Windsor (Rebecca) of Hiram, Matthew Windsor (Yvonne) of Eldred, Mark Windsor (Stephanie) of York and Angelia Tennies (Jay) of Bradford; and her siblings, James Barr, Florence Carter and Ruth Covert. She is also survived by 10 grandsons; seven granddaughters; and 10 great-grandchildren.
