He is survived by: his sons, Brian Kelley (Ashley) of Bradford and Kevin Kelley (Tiffany) of Wilton, NY; his grandchildren, Brendon (Stephanie), Brett, Timothy, Ryenn and Jackson; his siblings, Robert Kelley of Farmers Valley and Debra Kelley of Eldred; and his great grandchild Leighanne.
