Hubbard (Sam) of Arizona; his grandchildren, Chance Frame, Brody Frame, Zoe Frame, Blake McCoy and Reese Kinney; his siblings, Charles L. Frame (Kathleen) of Herndon and Crystal M. Kunesh (Rick) of Melbourne; his niece Kelly Winslow of Chesapeake; his nephew Richard Frame (Elizabeth) of Alexandria; and his close friend Shelly McCann of Eldred.
