He was predeceased by: his parents, Hamilton "Ed" Rounsville and Arlena Canfield Rounsville; and his siblings, Fran Cochran (Larry), Wanda Shelley (Kenneth) and Thomas Rounsville.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne P. Maynard; his children, Shawn Rounsville (Nancy Schine) of Eldred, Josh Rounsville (Sarah Wolcott) of Eldred, Cody Rounsville (Maranda Rader) of Greenville, PA, Patrick Rounsville of Eldred, Christopher, Cayden Rounsville, Shannon Rounsville of Eldred, Amber, Rosa and Irelyn "Ike" Rounsville; his grandchildren, Keaton (Hally), Aubri, Suzie, Kameron, Emily, Braidon, Brynn and Brax; his great grandchild Gracie; and his siblings, Edwina Freer (Bob) of Eldred and Rick Rounsville (Tammy) of Smethport.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Hamlin Bank in Eldred, PA, set aside to fund a scholarship to be made in Dale's name.
