It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernice Welch of Eldred, Pennsylvania, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on March 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Anna Wallon; her husband Dr. John Preston Welch Jr.; and her children, Dr. Ann Welch, Michael "Doc" Welch and John Welch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Welch, Kathy Markey (Rick), Jackie Burdick (Perry) and Mo Raught (Tim); her sisters, Marion Pockalny of Olean, N. Y., Jenny Borowski (Ray) of Olean, N. Y. and Joan Kaydos (Tom) of Olean, N. Y.; and her sister-in-law Mary Katherine Valentinelli of Dryden, N. Y.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
