He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Earl and C. Lucille Rearick (Lawton); and his siblings, Richard N. Rearick and Sheila. He is survived by: his children, Roger V. Rearick (Tracy) of Milton, FL and Robin L. Buchegger of Altoona, PA; his grandchildren, Jason V. Rearick (Tonya), Matt L. Rearick (Masako), Clinton J. Rearick and Kayla Zeth; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Sarah and Joshua; and his sisters, Janet L. Rearick of Elderton, A. Fay Suttles of Butler and G. Avalyn Calarie of Kittanning.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family request memorial donations be made in Vaughn's name to Shriners Hospital for Children, 1645 W. 8th Street, Erie, PA 16505.
