She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer R. Davis and Eliza Davis (Jones); her former husband Lloyd Greiner (Mike); her husband William P. Shaffer Sr.; her daughter Cindy Rothwell; and her siblings, Russell Davis, Clara Hooks (Peg), Carl Davis, Jessie Davis, Esther Wilson, Beverly Meyers and Gary Davis.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Cullum; her brother William Davis (Marsha); her stepchildren, Butch Shaffer, Randy Shaffer and Janet Shaffer; and her grandchildren, Roxanne Cullum (Shawn Galbraith), Joe Cullum (Dayna), Shirley Rothwell, Donna Rothwell, Donny Rothwell (April), Danielle Adams (Rich), Brandon Shaffer, Ryan Shaffer, Jason Shaffer and Jenna Walters (Jimmy). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Guests attending the viewing or service for Shirley are respectfully asked to wear a mask or facial covering, social distance, and follow all CDC/Health Department health and safety protocols.
