Smeltzer (Elderton, Pennsylvania), born in Homer, Indiana, who passed away on September 2, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Shank and Bessie Shank (Stout); her husband Kenneth B. Smeltzer; and her siblings, Helen George, Betty Miller and William Shank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Dyott (David) of Indiana, PA and Doris Uplinger of Kittanning; her grandchildren, Brian Dyott, Ken Uplinger and Deborah Huey (Greg); and her great grandchild Adam Dyott.
