He is survived by: his son David J. Lowe of Affton, MO; and his siblings, Herbert S. Lowe (Louise) of Sanborn, PA and Faye L. Willey (Harry) of Madera, PA.. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
