He is survived by: his children, Nancy Rankin (Ed) of Atwood and Donald Akins of Kittanning; his grandchildren, Eric Rankin (Brandi) of Atwood, Nicole Kincade (Matt) of Sarver and Krissy Akins of Kittanning; his great grandchildren, Derek, Dylan Kincade of Sarver and Evianna Rankin of Atwood; and his brother Norwin Akins of Kittanning.
