She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Shaffer and Zula Shaffer (Smeltzer); her husband George H. Kough; her children, Robert Kough, Donald Kough and Freda Smith; and her siblings, Neal, Harold, Nesbit Shaffer, Rose Cunningham, Ellen Catalina, Mary Cunningham and Todd Shaffer.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher G. Kough (Anna) of Indiana, PA, Dennis Kough (Karen) of Elderton, Richard Kough, Ruth Cole (Frank) of Beaver Falls and Mary Ann Evans of Florida; her sister Marjorie Bonnett of Pittsfield; and her sister-in-law Deb Shaffer of Elderton. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
