He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brewer and Phyllis Dietz; his siblings, Eddie Mitchell, George "Bud" Brewer, John Brewer, Caroline "Hope" Brewer, Francis Wahl and Ruth Richardson; and his great grandchildren, Dakota Karol and Dominic Norelli.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Kent Mitchell; and his daughters, Geraldine "Dee" Mavrovich (John) of Roscoe, Debbie Anderson (Michael) of Belle Vernon, Christine Jones (Barry) of Roscoe, Lora Wozniak (Ronald) of Elco and Teri Mitchell of Elco. He is also survived by 9 granchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
