He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Lewicki. He is survived by: his parent Genevieve Slesinski Lewicki; his children, Robert Lewicki (Lori) of Irwin and Whitney Lewicki of Claysville; and his brother Joseph W. Lewicki, Jr. (Rose Marie) of Canonsburg.
