He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Perry and Myrtle Sickles Perry; and his former wife Carol Ann Whitaker Perry. He is survived by: his wife Button Box; his children, Gary L. Perry (Karen), James E. Perry (Dina), Bruce W. Perry (Pamela) and Barbara A. Vasko (Robert); and his sisters, Helen Frantz and Dorothy Thomas. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
