He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Withrow; his siblings, Elizabeth Caldwell, John A and Kenneth Withrow; and his parents, James Withrow and Edna Withrow.
He is survived by: his children, Donald "Chuck" Withrow (Charlene) and Proud; his grandchildren, Lindsey Evans (Scott), Craig Withrow and Caring; and his great grandchildren, Keira and Kaiden Evans.
