He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lewis and Florence Cox Lewis; his wife Linda Workman Lewis; and his brother Rodney Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Brian Lewis of Houston and Carrie Ann Sullivan (Bart Lorusso) of Eighty Four; his sisters, Sharon Gerhke (Bill) of Eighty Four and Dolores Owens of Eighty Four; his grandchildren, Kaytlin Watson (Chris) and Kyle Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Ava Sullivan, Crew Watson and Campbell Watson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sollon Funeral & Cremation Services, LTD. (30 E College St, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
