He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Young Sr. and Sophronia Young (Killingworth); his son Waverly; his siblings, Carolyn and Jamie; and his nephew Keith.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Young (Smith); his son Miguel; his grandchildren, Solina, Kobe and Sydney; his adoptive daughter Anissa; his daughter-in-law Rukiat; his siblings, Calvin, Ruth, Shirley, Rose Marie and Wanda Jean; and his pet Reginald. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
