He was predeceased by: his parents, Octavio Arroyo and Maria Arroyo (Adorno); and his brother Angel Arroyo. He is survived by: his wife Margarita Colon; his children, Eva Torres (Jose) of Carmel, John Arroyo (Marisol) of Pleasant Valley, Shirley Ruiz (Jose) of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania and Neil Arroyo (Melody) of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; his siblings, Milagros Laureano, Tona Arroyo, Esteban Arroyo (Miriam), Rosa Tiru (Wilfred), Lucy Guadalupe, Octavio Arroyo, Jr. (Nellie) and Aida Serrano (Alberto); his grandchildren, Angelis, Justin, Jeremy, Jacob, John Anthony, Mary Elizabeth, Ashley, Elijah, Gianna and Camila; and his great grandchildren, Jonah and Lucas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts.
