He is survived by: his mother Valerie Collins (Barden) of Effort, PA; his daughter Evelyn Marie Coppola-Collins of Effort, PA.; his siblings, Sheila McCarthy (Michael) of Highlands, NJ and Kristopher Collins of Bethlehem, PA; his parents-in-law, Nicholas and Esther Coppola of Effort, PA; his brother-in-law Adam Coppola (Jessica) of Effort, PA; and his friend Morgan Jacobs of Effort, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
