She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald McDougall and Robina McDougall; and her granddaughter Emily Halliday. She is survived by: her husband Raymond William Labar; her sons, Wayne Halliday (Stacy) of Effort, PA, Troy Labar of Saylorsburg, PA and Ralph Overpeck (Michelle) of Stroudsburg, PA.; and her grandchild Lauren Halliday.
