It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Willis Seip of Effort, Pennsylvania, born in Easton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters-in-law, Melody Seip, Eula Seip and Barbara Seip (Walker); and his former wife Joyce Seip (Betz). He is survived by: his wife Shirley "Sheri" J. Seip (Smith) of Effort, PA; and his siblings, Michael Seip of Easton, PA, Susan Hill (Charles) of Breinigsville, PA and Walter Seip of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
