She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Backshall and Ann Backshall (Cavanaugh); and her sister Patricia Tenhengel. She is survived by: her husband Joseph E. Coddington; her children, Kimberly Coddington (Joseph Salvato) of Vernon, NJ, Joseph Coddington (Suzanne) of Effort, PA and Mary Frable (Harvey) of Effort, PA.; and her sister Marilyn Slate (James) of Morristown, NJ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
