He is survived by: his mother Jenny Mackin of Effort; his wife Lori Fiorentino of Effort; his children, Brendan Fiorentino (Kaitlyn) of Tobyhanna, Ashley Chain (Ryan) of Effort and Alison Fiorentino of Effort; his stepchildren, Cheyenne and Brandon Munn of Effort; his sister Josephine Fiorentino; and his grandson Owen Fiorentino of Tobyhanna. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
