He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Weir; and his children, Harry Weir and Deborah Tyhala (Andrew). He is survived by: his children, Linda Lomauro (Carl) of Effort and Robert Weir (Tracy Coates) of Clifton; and his brother William Weir of Toms River. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
