He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen M. Fox and Robert G. Eby; his brothers, Matthew and Gregory S. Eby (Ruth); his aunts, Eleanor and Carol; his uncle Ralph Russo; and his cousins, Laurie (Dave), Gail (Kevin), Ralph (Barbara), Mary Ellen (James) and John (Kathleen).
He helped his parents in their time of need during this pandemic.
