He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest J. Cavalier Sr. and Anne (Alexander). He is survived by: his children, Forrest J. "Sparky" Cavalier III (Nina) of Saylorsburg, Patrick K. Cavalier of Las Vegas, NV and Christine A. Cavalier-Purpura (Gary) of Havertown; his grandchildren, Augustin, Ambrose, Marcellina Cavalier, Patrick A. Cavalier, Lyrica and Lucas Purpura; and his sister Rosemary Allegretto (Joseph) of Boardman, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
