He is survived by: his children, Felix Ruiz (Alba) of Scranton, PA, Walter Ruiz (Damaris) of Puerto Rico, Yolanda Ruiz of Florida and Jacqueline Caruso of Effort, PA.; his son-in-law Paul Caruso of Staten Island, NY.; his sisters, Milagros Ruiz, Carmen Ruiz, Elizabeth Ruiz and Fredeswinda Ruiz; and his grandchildren, Christian Ruiz, Karla Serrano-Ruiz, Walter Ruiz Jr. and Maya Luna Caruso.
